PALEO COCONUT CHIA. Have a taste of island life with this delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS 1 CUP LIGHT OR FULL FAT COCONUT MILK 2 TABLESPOONS ALMOND MILK 1 CUP GREEK YOGURT 1 TEASPOON STEVIA

DIRECTIONS:

1- IN A MEDIUM BOWL OR A GLASS MANSON JAR MIX CHIA SEEDS, COCONUT MILK, ALMOND MILK, GREEK YOGURT AND STEVIA; 2- LET IT SET IN THE FRIDGE FOR 15 MIN; 3- REMOVE FROM FRIDGE AND MAKE SURE THE MIXTURE LOOKS THICK AND CHIA SEEDS HAVE JELLED. TOP IT WITH FRESH FRUITS, NUTS.
